Tezuka Yuri (手塚由利, 1946-) is a Japanese style painter. She was born in Hokkaido pref. She studied painting techniques under Sugihara Genjin. She graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Hokkaido University of Education. She is an associate member of the Nitten. She won the prize 10 times in the Nitten exhibition. She won the Encouragement Award 3 times and the prize 16 times in the Nisshunten exhibition.<\/p>\n
