DESCRIPTION<\/h2>\n

Tatsumoto Seika (辰本青花, 1935-) is a Japanese-style painter. He was born in Kyoto pref. He studied painting techniques under Dōmoto Inshō. He won a prize at the Ueno Royal Museum Grand Prize Exhibition. He held a private exhibition several times. His specialty is landscape paintings and flowers & birds paintings.<\/p>\n
