How to change your password

  1. Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the ‘Member Login’ page.
  2. Enter your registered email address and click ‘Password Reset’.
  3. You will receive a temporary password by email.
  4. Login on the ‘Member Login’ page with the temporary password.
  5. After logging in successfully, click ‘Edit Profile’ on the ‘Member Login’ page.
  6. Enter a new password twice and click ‘Update’.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update beside ‘My pre-approved payments. ‘
  5. Click the name of the subscription you wish to cancel.
  6. Click Cancel.
